Production Time
All our products are handcrafted and made to order in our atelier in Mersin, Türkiye.
- LED Mirrors: Production time is 1–3 business days.

Marble Sinks and Custom Items: Production time is 7–10 business days.
We will notify you by email once your order has been prepared and shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping from Türkiye via trusted courier companies such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Free shipping for all goods for all countries except Oceania and Australia.
- Standard delivery time is usually:
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- USA & other countries: 3–5 business days
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees

- Any customs duties or import taxes applied in your country, while making order please choose who will be responsible the buyer’s or the seller.
Packaging
All products are securely packaged using shock-resistant materials to ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so that we can assist you immediately.
Order Changes or Address Updates
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at
