Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made electronically between Aypars Atelier (the “Seller”) and the customer (the “Buyer”) under the provisions of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers (Law No. 6502) and the Distance Sales Regulation.

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual who places an order through the Seller’s website.

2. Subject

This agreement sets the terms for the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered through the Seller’s website.

3. Product Information

Product type, quantity, color, total price, and payment details are listed on the order confirmation page.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Returns and Compensation

As all products are custom-made and handmade, returns and cancellations are not accepted after production begins.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Buyer may request a replacement or monetary compensation by providing proof (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court located in the Seller’s jurisdiction will have authority.
